This is hands down the worst pharmacy in the city! I’ve had several doctors complain about sending scripts here and how they have to jump through hoops to connect with anyone. Theirs almost always a line, the staff are not helpful and they’re extremely rude. Take your business elsewhere !!!

I just came here for my annual flu and covid shots, and had a wonderful experience ❤️ The pharmacist (who was also named Amber) was so kind and gave me a nice coupon and treat after the shots were finished. I love this CVS so much and am so glad to live close by!!

I went to the pharmacy with my grandmother pick up some prescriptions. A technician there named Amber helped us and reminded to get a vaccine once we got a vaccine with Amber. She was nothing but sweet and welcome in the immunization room and the vaccine was quick and easy! We need more technicians like her

Nice and friendly staff but very long lines to the pharmacy are occurring way too often especially after the 12:30 to 1pm lunch break. Other issue I have is online shopping with pick-up. So far in every single order I placed at least one item was cancelled because they couldn't find it but the system showed it in stock. It's hard to blame the store since it's more likely that discrepancy between actual stock and what's in the system is due to shoplifting than staff fault but more often than not I found about it only I was already at the store to pick it up. All things considered shopping at this CVS usually is a good experience. Sometimes outside you could encounter a person asking for change or food but I have to add though that in the 30+ years I shop there (used to be Osco) I have never had a scary situation or felt threatened by anyone panhandling there whatsoever.

I Been at this CVS Long time before Walgreens but I know the regulars they last week had young man excellent customer service.And when they had new people in training. Wrong info came up bout price on meds. Explain insurance pays. Something bout certain numbers from Dr found out auto refills all meds. And it's one bus down.. so I was patient cause I knew they find out why shows price...

Not helpful staff. Kept asking for bin number. I later looked it up. It says the pharmacy should be able to find this information with coverage details however they were not able to help.
